Cesar was exremely helpful and everything about the process was very smooth. He even went out of his way to help accomodate my schedule. I highly reccomend this location if you are staying at the Loews Hotel!
Desk is not staffed and no one answers the phone
Went to pick up our rental car. The desk was not staffed. Contacted Avis, they said to wait. Tracked down the staff person's cell phone via the front desk and he said he would not be there at all because they had no cars. Avis blows.
I have rented several times now from this location and they provide the most excellent customer service! They are very accommodating with my schedule and always very pleasant to work with! I highly recommend renting from here, they make it so easy!
Rent The car and they never showed up 🤦♂️ wait for two hours and at the end they told sorry you can cancel it 🤬🤬🤬
