Josue was very helpful and quick for my pickup. I had done the pre check that came via text the day before so it was very easy to get my vehicle!
HONESTLY, I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews for this location. I understand that many customers arrive stressed, rushed, or already frustrated when they need a rental car, but my experience was the complete opposite. Had a GREAT experience renting an suv from the new owner of this location. Daniela made the process easy and actually enjoyable! Highly recommend this location for anyone needing a rental vehicle!
Should have read the previous comments before renting from this location, and taken more “before” pictures. Would’ve been cheaper to rent from another provider or going to the airport to pick up. Returned my car in the same condition as I picked it up in, just to get hit with a $200 misc fee - corporate customer service explained it was a cleaning fee. I’ve rented from other Avis locations plenty in the past for work, all 5-stars, but will never use this location again
Booked a same day reservation and Daniela was able to exceed my expectations! Will be booking any future reservations here
