Great customer service!
Do yourself a favor and just pick your car up at the airport. This “independently operated” location doesn’t operate the same way. Being President’s club doesn’t mean a thing. I was told to cancel my reservation because they had no vehicles available 30 mins prior to my reservation. I had to contact their corporate office to get somewhat decent customer service and request a refund. Then proceeded to rent another car because their corporate policy’s are sufficiently lacking supply or vehicle inventory count for this location... read more
Tried to charge me $450 cleaning fee for a few hairs that literally took 15 seconds to wipe away with your hand. Stay away from these crooks, they are shameless.

If you’re renting a car for a business just drive the extra miles into town and don’t deal with these people.
