Customer service not good need to change some of the policy to increase their sales I know Avis is not good since they just have 2.2 star in this high market but still need to change policy of payments and all
They are very sneaky they charged me for 1 hour and 10 min a full day.
We were visiting Edmonton from Toronto. The entire booking process and receiving the car was very smooth. The car was neat and tidy. Had a pleasant experience with them .
