I've only rented a car three times before in USA and Australia, once with Budget and once with Avis, and those experiences were easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, this time was quite the opposite. The main problem at this location is the poor customer service. I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived, even though I had a reservation and was spending a significant amount. Highly recommend Avis Edmonton 59a/104s location. Small issue with outbound location, but returning staff were patient and helpful finding a solution. Super friendly & courteous - always our go-to for corporate rentals.
