Made a last minute reservation, and got there 15 minutes prior to Business closing time on a Saturday. There was only one agent at the time, and it was busy. However, the agent here handled everything well, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
Based on previous reviews, it seems like it’s a reoccurring theme for this location to charge renters with pre existing damages. I rented a car from Calgary location and dropped off to this location. They had marked pre-existing windshield chip. I have pictures of all 3 windshield chips but this location here claimed that only one was marked, and my pictures were taken after we had left their lot. Worst Avis location in city do not rent here horrible customer service rented a suv here and was a day late on return and I start getting phone calls at 8 am with voicemails saying we need our car back we don’t want you stealing it??? Been renting with Avis for 5+ years never have I’ve experienced this.I called the location back many times nobody picks up the tall guy that works there hates his job so he makes the customer hate there experience at this location to. Horrible location.
Zero customer service and they tell you one price and charge another to your credit card and tell you sorry it is what it is we made a mistake! I’ve been renting a car from various companies for the past 6 months and decided to give Avis a try and boy was that a mistake! Avoid at all costs!!!
