Made a last minute reservation, and got there 15 minutes prior to Business closing time on a Saturday. There was only one agent at the time, and it was busy. However, the agent here handled everything well, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
Based on previous reviews, it seems like it’s a reoccurring theme for this location to charge renters with pre existing damages. I rented a car from Calgary location and dropped off to this location. They had marked pre-existing windshield chip. I have pictures of all 3 windshield chips but this location here claimed that only one was marked, and my pictures were taken after we had left their lot.
