I’ve probably done more than 10 bookings at this location, both for personal and work use. The cars are always low mileage and clean, and the staff is friendly and always try their best to accommodate special requests when possible, especially Kenniel. It’s my go-to place for car rentals in Edmonton. As a frequent traveler, I can say you really can’t go wrong with them.

We paid $3,998 in full on February 11 for a vehicle rental scheduled from March 28 to June 25. A few days before pickup, we called to confirm the vehicle would be available and were assured that it would be. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no vehicle available. Very unprofessional, when we showed up to pick up our rental vehicle, two of the guys were outside.Smoking joints. We had the vehicle for 3 weeks and when we came to return it, we were told someone would be waiting for us.And we had to drop it off and put the keys in the bin, not a big deal. Then, we get a phone call the the next day about them harassing us that it smells like weed in the car. Mind you not one of us smokes weed. As my boyfriend gets drug tested for work weekly.
