I had a great experience with Avis, and Kenniel was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. His customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciated how he took care of everything. I would definitely rent from Avis again and recommend Kenniel to anyone looking for excellent service!

I’ve probably done more than 10 bookings at this location, both for personal and work use. The cars are always low mileage and clean, and the staff is friendly and always try their best to accommodate special requests when possible, especially Kenniel. It’s my go-to place for car rentals in Edmonton. As a frequent traveler, I can say you really can’t go wrong with them.

We paid $3,998 in full on February 11 for a vehicle rental scheduled from March 28 to June 25. A few days before pickup, we called to confirm the vehicle would be available and were assured that it would be. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no vehicle available.
