I was helped by Ron at this location this morning and the service he provided was exceptional. I arrived before the location opened, expecting to have to wait until open to be helped, but Ron was willing to try and help me even before “officially open” hours. He worked efficiently and provided 5 star customer service.

I picked up a rental today. I made the reservation online and opted for the discounted 'pay online' option. I chose an intermediate SUV and my total was approx $640. No problems! I was so happy to secure this vehicle as mine is in need of some repairs. All was well until I went in to pick up said vehicle. I was asked for my credit card for the security deposit. This place is not deserving of even one star. I had to take my car in for repairs and the service department arranged for a rent a car from Avis-Budget in Sherwood Park … when I got there the women clerk told me I needed a credit card to rent and said she told the person that arranged it….the service guy said she did not tell him this. I have rented cars before without needing a credit card…the dealership is paying the cost of the rental so I don’t see why my debit card is not good enough. I had a really good experience at this location. Everything was ready to go for my rental. I wish the web experience was better though. I did not see the pay ahead option for a lower price.
