Worst experience ever- I made a reservation weeks in advance for a mid sized car and when i arrived I was told the ONLY vehicle available was a full sized pick up truck. Not ONE car was available and I was not notified ahead of time. Think twice before making a "Reservation" here, it means absolutely nothing.
Condescending on phone - shame for avis who usually treat their membership better. There are better ways to speak to people. 🤷♀️
Please take pictures before you rent. They will find a way to impose already present damages on you. I forgot to take pictures and was unable to prove the damage was prior to my rental. Thanks.
I was helped by Ron at this location this morning and the service he provided was exceptional. I arrived before the location opened, expecting to have to wait until open to be helped, but Ron was willing to try and help me even before “officially open” hours. He worked efficiently and provided 5 star customer service.
