Cancelled my weekly rental contract without notifying me!! No call, no email. Nothing
I rented an SUV from this location. All was well until I tried to get refunded my $200 DEPOSIT. I never got my deposit back. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE ....THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!
Terrible customer service both on phone and in person. Very rude and sound irritated at questions asked about uber rentals. 2 days consecutively I have made a uber reservation thru marketplace and upon arrival they stated they have nothing for me and say “it’s an uber problem”. Then what’s the point of it being listed on the website and making a reservation if nothing is ever available? Wouldn’t recommend this experience on anyone. Time completely wasted.
They are damn rude if we ask something on call !
