The car we rented smelled badly like marijuana and strong body odor. We had our children with us for a family trip and were not happy about the condition of the car. I bought air fresheners to try and clear out the putrid smell but nothing worked. Aside from that, the car did run smoothly so that’s why it’s getting 3 stars. I dealt with both Nick and Kathy numerous times while renting from this establishment. Both are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I rented many times from this establishment due to these two employees. All questions were answered correctly and drove off without worries. I will definitely go back, as I have. Thank you.

Anytime i call or go in, they are so helpful and nice. After reading reviews some ppl are lost! You can reserve a uber in the app! That don’t mean they will have a car! So for one that is not there problem, uber thinks every rental place has cars available when that is not the case! There are so many uber drivers all of the cars are in use! You have to call and make sure they have one! Anytime I had to call and ask they was always polite. They even checked another location! I Have been renting from this location for over 4 years!! The staff has been amazing always very helpful and great to me!!!
