Had a great experience with this location. The reviews weren’t too great but I learned that this is under new management. It was an easy, great experience. Nice, clean car too. I highly recommend. It’s so close to some of the major hotels. This one is located in the W hotel
Jack was amazing from start to finish. He took care of me on a Sunday, got the car ready, and made the whole process smooth. Honest, professional, and just a good guy. If you’re in the area, give this Avis location a shot—especially if Jack is helping you out. Top-notch service!
