Employees at the desk are always kind and fast
It’s been two times already, the lady at the front desk doesn’t what she is doing really bad service she doesn’t explain anything she just ask for ID and Credit card for verification and she adds the total amount, I reserve two cars and the amount I was supposed to pay went up really bad communication I don’t recommend at all. Poor service and poor communication and they don’t give you the car that you choose I’m very disappointed
Bad service, bad attitude, rude, discriminatory, and most of all, they made us wait for more than 2 hours and then they told us there were no cars and that the cards wouldn't go through. I don't recommend these people at all. The gentleman is an Indian with bad treatment of people and a bad attitude.
Great service. Luna at the rental counter was awesome. She explained everything patiently and was helpful, friendly and professional. Was able to get the car in 10 minutes here at the Oxnard airport location compared to 2.5 hours at the LAX airport location.
