Want to alert the company for the woman working. I received some of the worst customer service I have ever received from a rental car company. I didn’t get her name but she was working the front desk this am. After my rental car died unexpectedly last night for no reason. I went to go pick up my replacement car. Cuidado viajero Somos estafados por evis rentacar Llegamos con mi familia después de un largo viaje y resulta que la camioneta pagada por todo el viaje y no había carro ya pasaron 15 días no hay devolución de dinero No hay respuesta y seguimos sin auto seguirnos colgando hasta que proceda la demanda por todo los gastos y malestar que está ocasionando esto.
