Leslie, was an incredible sales associate. I made a reservation last minute and unfortunately Avis cars were sold out and when I got there Leslie, saw how important the interview opportunity I had was and went above and beyond to make sure he could get me a car for the day. I hope Leslie gets a raise because he handled my stress like a champ and I’m forever grateful.
This location is completely unreliable. The app takes the reservation with no problem, but every time I show up they don’t actually have a car available. They accept the booking and then make zero effort to have a vehicle ready. I’ve had to cancel my plans and take Ubers instead more than once. Extremely frustrating, especially with so few options near the Brightline train stop. Avoid this location if you actually need a car.
I am so sorry that I am waiting for a supervisor to text the staff that I have to wait. Right after the same staff talked to him via mobile. He knows I want to speak to someone in regards of taking off an insurance price I do not want! I'm a 65 year old disabled person and having to sit like a punishment because he's intrests are not for his customers needs. It's ok it's just an elderly woman. SMH
Didn't have the reservation I made. Offered a replacement with less cargo space but same amount of seats, no further accommodations offered. Rude and combative the whole time. The clerk didn't seem like he really wanted to do his job or be helpful in any manner. I had to call corporate and cancel the reservation myself after I walked out on him. He was that lazy!
Excellent service and accommodating. Tracie is wonderful as always. Love these guys. Thanks so much 🙏
