Horrible establishment!!!!!!!! The Chinese kid behind the counter, with no NAME TAG, who as professional at all.! Did not try to assist me with my rental agreement. I paid in full a vehicle online with my Debit card and brought it with me, for verification purposes.! I was then told I needed a major credit card even though, the rental car was paid in full with the Debit card. Then I was told they had no more cars to rent! Great and friendly service always a pleasure renting at this location
This my 4th time renting from this location and I’m very pleased with the service. Tracie always friendly and sweet.
Very disappointing experience with Avis. The customer service was unhelpful, and the rental process was frustrating. I received unclear information about my reservation and rental terms, which caused unnecessary stress. Communication was poor, and it felt like getting answers to simple questions was difficult. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
