Subject: Unprofessional Service and Complete Failure to Honor Reservation I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Avis Car Rental. Despite booking a van 11 days in advance, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date, it was not available. This place is horrible!
I reserved a car a month in advance , everything was confirmed. Until the day of pick up, I called in early to make sure my car would be ready. The operator with lots of attitude stated that if nobody called me that means everything is good to go… Ok so on my time of pick up, I go pick up my car. It was only one person working, I was patient & waited almost an hour just to be told my car that was confirmed 2x was nowhere to be available. Such a waste of time & a damper to a planned trip.they have to do better
