Zero would be better. Had reservation for a Mustang Mach e. No car of course Offered me a Chevy Bolt for 40$ less. That car isn't what I want plus he jacked up the price. Saw it wasn't happy then took that offer away. Real jerk who has no people skills. Consumer beware Reservations mean nothing and the counter help is pitiful
I have been receiving an email from Avis biweekly, sometimes bi-daily, reminding me of my reservation for the last 3 months since I booked with Avis. Lo and behold when I arrive there is no vehicle in the lot. Maybe I should have been the one sending Avis a reminder email. To make matters worst the attendant was beyond unbothered. Subject: Unprofessional Service and Complete Failure to Honor Reservation I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Avis Car Rental. Despite booking a van 11 days in advance, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date, it was not available. To make matters worse, no one from Avis contacted me to inform me of the issue, leaving me stranded without transportation and forcing me to cancel my trip as a result of their negligence.
