I reserved a Toyota Corolla (or similar) through Booking.com for a 2,500-mile trip to save on fuel. When I arrived, I was told the only vehicle available was an SUV. This place is awful. I needed a reliable vehicle for about two weeks to get to work and attend an important medical appointment—which I ultimately missed due to the car they provided.
