I rented a car from August 3 to 6, the guy who attended me told me that he was going to send me an email with the details of the return, they didn't send me any email and I'm still waiting for my deposit. I call on the phone and no one answers me
My pickup was at 9am but the mall itself was closed!!!! They never pick up phone calls. Why do you allow 9am pickups when people cannot get inside the mall for to avis counters
We waited at least 45 minutes at the airport in Reno at the Avis car rental line. It was very slow and very poorly staffed.. then you wait again for someone to pick out your car and deliver. Don’t use this company !!! VERY slow.
Quick pickup and return. Courteous staff AND a great deal.
