Rented the suv from this location. Brought it back a day early and was charged for two. Customer service is someone from a foreign country so wasn’t any helpful this location was good but customer service support is terrible.. haven’t gotten any helpful response yet

I rented a car from August 3 to 6, the guy who attended me told me that he was going to send me an email with the details of the return, they didn't send me any email and I'm still waiting for my deposit. I call on the phone and no one answers me
My pickup was at 9am but the mall itself was closed!!!! They never pick up phone calls. Why do you allow 9am pickups when people cannot get inside the mall for to avis counters
