I had no problems with this location recently. The staff there are really nice but I have a lot to say about the companies policies that are unreasonable. I picked up the car from Orlando that was already filthy, smelly, and greasy but I didn’t have time to complain or change the car (they already gave me a car with break problems so I got it changed beforehand).
