I’ve had a $385/Week rental with this office for 8 weeks… it has been a nightmare trying to get customer service-been left on hold for more than 10 minutes at least 8 times today and 2-3 times every time I’ve tried in the past.( at 10 minutes, you get transferred to the corporate help queue-who tells you you have to contact the location directly).
