La voiture était plus petite que celle prévue initialement...en revanche, j'ai eu un soucis avec ma carte bancaire et le gérant a été d'une gentillesse absolue et a trouvé une solution pour que je puisse repartir avec le véhicule dans les minutes qui ont suivies alors que je n'aurais pas du pouvoir le faire...
Véhicule en bonne condition. Horaire respecté. Servic impeccable.
Excellente prise en charge. C'est un franchisé qui a tout de même géré en 5 min notre problème avec un véhicule hors de son parc. Le tout avec sourire et sympathie. Je recommande !
