I have never been more disappointed with a company. First, the van we rented did not a functioning key so we have to manually open the door that set off the alarms EVERY TIME. The doors didnt work and the wipers were crap. I called customer service several times and was instructed to call around. No one had a van. So, they say "go to the airport, they ha e some" so I drive all the was to the airport for them to say "idk why they told you that. We don't have any vans." So, we stuck it out with the crappy one. Shanell is soooo nice every time come in. She's the most personable and professional from any of the locations that I have been to. She will always find a way to accommodate u and I appreciate her so much.
Check in was flawless, information was easy to understand. Great customer service!
