The gal at the Avis Shreveport Airport desk on 3/21/26 & 3/26/26 was terrific – very kind, helpful, & professional. It’s the franchise owner who may be the problem. All the cars they get have black interiors. If you are over 40 it’s hard to see inside a car with black interiors, especially at night when you’re trying to operate the controls.
