Almost every time I arrive to pick up my reserved car, there’s no one at the desk. Additionally, the last few vehicles I’ve rented from this location have been missing windshield washer fluid. I’ve never had any issues like this at other locations. Second visit I arrived at the Avis counter at the Shreveport airport at 8:39 AM for my 9:00 AM rental.
