I would not rent a vehicle from this Avis location. I rented and returned a vehicle at this location September of 2024. This month August 2025, I received a bill for unspecified tire damage. I did not have a flat tire or any other tire issue during my trip. I contacted Avis Corporate about this charge and minutes later they dismissed it. Looking at other reviews, it looks like they have serious integrity issues

Picked up uber rental ev car, lady lied and said it was fully charged. I had her mark on receipt accurate charge percentage. I used car for three hours, I arrived at charging station only to find out car can't be charge because port on car is malfunctioning. Called avis spring location where I received car, agent there said" drive car to us and I would exchange " I informed her car will not make to location. Made a reservation over a week in advance. When I arrived on time to pick up, no cars available. Completely unacceptable. Never be back
I am absolutely livid and exhausted. I booked a rental through Uber and received a link today to confirm and complete my pre-check. However, my reservation was suddenly canceled. After being given the runaround by multiple Avis customer service agents and spending two hours on hold, I was finally informed that they are completely sold out and booked for days to come.
