Super easy! I showed up well ahead of my appointment time (noon on a weekday during spring break) and the nice ladies at the counter sorted me out. I have status with Avis, and they upgraded my car to give me one with better gas mileage for my long drive that day. Paperwork was all efficient and straightforward. They were really knowledgable, and did not pressure me or upsell me anything. And as an added bonus, there’s a new Dunkin’ Donuts right there in the lobby.
Absolutely garbage. Awful service, car smelled like cigarettes and were extremely rude when I brought it up. Offered to cancel my rental instead of offering a new one. Worst Avis location; better off finding a Gator and riding that to Disney.
The lady who works at the desk is as friendly as a toad 😐
Pesima atencion de la persona que nos entrego el auto. Muy mala predisposicion. Ademas, la reserva era de 150 usd (lo que figuraba en la reserva online) y nos cobraron 279 usd. Fue literalmente de un dia para el otro que lo alquilamos en orlando para ir a miami. Ya pasados los 5 dias me fije en la tarjeta y ME COBRARON 195 USD extras. NO CONTRATAR EN ESTE LUGAR, ES UNA ESTAFA
