I tried to rent thru the app and it wasn't letting it go thru despite showing vehicles available. Called the customer service number provided thru the app to see if vehicles were available. Uppon being dropped of today I am told there are no vehicles available for my prepaid reservation and I have to contact customer support for a refund on my rental. PLEASE NOTE The hours listed here and on the website are currently inaccurate. I just submitted an edit to Google, hopefully it gets accepted and saves some folks the frustration I’ve just experienced. I had a reservation for a 6pm pick-up yesterday (Friday), but when I arrived, the facilty was closed with a piece of paper taped to the door. The rep blatantly lied about the instructions she gave me on the phone with billing. when I purchase the card I was at the airport no car rental due to their lack of detail communication it was just a jack up situation they place me in should have listened to reviews like I normally do.Felt like I was getting scammed.
