I always have an issue here
PLEASE NOTE The hours listed here and on the website are currently inaccurate. I just submitted an edit to Google, hopefully it gets accepted and saves some folks the frustration I’ve just experienced. I had a reservation for a 6pm pick-up yesterday (Friday), but when I arrived, the facilty was closed with a piece of paper taped to the door. The rep blatantly lied about the instructions she gave me on the phone with billing. when I purchase the card I was at the airport no car rental due to their lack of detail communication it was just a jack up situation they place me in should have listened to reviews like I normally do.Felt like I was getting scammed.
Always very slow to get in and out of this rental facility. They still use paper documentation and the renter has to write in the mileage used up on drop off. Not thrilled when using this facility. They are behind the times.
