Told us they don't have cars. Cars in the lot but we had to register online while in the store. And then all of a sudden they had one
stay far way from this place. you can look up the class action lawsuits they have for applying inappropriate charges to your bill. it happened to me and they refused to revert them.
I've been renting cars from this location for years to travel long-distance for work. Never had an issue. The guy who runs the place (Mychal) is very friendly (so long as you respect him and the company policies) and the cars are in good shape. Sometimes you do have to wait if you want a specific car type during busy times.
My only choice for car rentals!! Good discounts and Mike D is the only rep I’d deal with!! Awesome service and great with customers!!!
They Didn't have the van I reserved at the time of pickup. Gave me a van that was returned 2 min ago. Inspection before was quick, we discussed cracked windshield and he said "is this clean enough for you?". I said sure. Later I got 2 separate bills, one for a windshield replacement and one for cleaning fee, totaling $800 total. I had the van less than 24 hours and only used it for 2 hours total.
