Location does not exist, customer service told me to contact expedia, expedia told me to contact AVIS. This was 100% a scam and I did not get any refund or apology. No one would believe the location doesn’t exist because their computer said it does.

Avis owes me $126.06. I reserved and prepared to pick up a car at this location months in advanced and when I got to the location on the day scheduled (confirmed by email multiple times), it was completely shut down. I called customer service and they just kept telling me that "it says it's open in our system", even though they could hear me talking with the construction crew outside who confirmed it had been closed for quite some time. I used multiple car rental companies when I was on holiday in America and Avis Car Rental were by far the fastest, easiest, and best company I used. Great staff and cars!
