They NEVER answer the phone
Absolutely horrible. They DO NOT tell you that if you use a debit card (even if you pay in the full amount or more), they run a credit check. It is totally ridiculous. Also, the lady working at the counter is not the nicest. I can tell she really hates her job. Advice: if you don't like your job, quit. It is not the public's fault.
