I returned, then renewed a rental at this location and could not have had a better experience. The manager went out of his way to handle my issues efficiently and with a smile. Honestly not what I expected, and for that reason even more of a pleasure.

Awful service here. Stay away. Rented a car for a noon pickup on Sunday, got there at noon and they we closed. The hours do say noon for Sunday, so then why have a noon pickup? Even tried to call at 11:00 to verify and could never get through. Couldn't reach a person at the local number at all. When we called the 800 number they refused to cancel without a fee. Needless to say we will never use Avis.
This place is wonderful, the car is new, the manager is very friendly. Highly recommend it!
