This is the worst car rental location I have ever experienced in my 47 years of living on this earth. I reserved a mini-van for pick up on May 16 months in advance. They called me the night before I was supposed to pick the car up and left me a voicemail saying they were just going to unilaterally cancel my reservation because they are incompetent and don't know what professionalism means. I ended up having to scramble and pay 3X the cost for new rental. This place is terrible.

Your experience here will depend on which employee you get. I had a great experience dealing with Wade. Very easy going and friendly! But Tien is another story. He misrepresented the pricing and was very difficult to deal with. I got a great price as a Costco member and he represented to my friend that the regular Avis price was the same. It was $30 more. Like others have mentioned, avoid this location at all costs. I have rented dozens of times from different Avis locations. They gave me the wrong vehicle and the employee didn't do the walk around with me to mark the damages. I was in a hurry and left, but did notice an existing mark that they are now billing me for, when it was already there.
