If I could give no stars I would. If you are asked a question about your companies basic policies all staff should know . Or I should be allowed to speak to someone that does . Obviously Greg has no knowledge of basic customer service . Very displeased with my experience and will never attempt to rent with this company again .
Horrible
Nothing but trouble. I rent cars often for transportation to and from work assignments. This rental car location of Avis/Budget is terrible. Often no cars when they show they do and rude staff.
