I had a very disappointing experience with Avis Car Rental at the DoubleTree by Hilton Universal location under reservation #13266699US5. April-May 2026 I was on government business mission and had a strict schedule to follow, but this rental experience caused major delays and unnecessary stress. Evitar recoger el auto en esta sede "independiente" de Avis. Hicimos una reserva y pago de nuestro auto online, semanas antes de nuestra llegada, la cual incluía, entre varias cosas, un conductor adicional. Al llegar a recoger el auto, el representante de la sede nos negó rotundamente ver en el sistema al conductor adicional (incluso luego de mostrarle que en nuestros papeles y confirmaciones de reserva SÍ aparecía) y nos ofreció agregarlo por 30 USD adicionales por día. Great service. Car was clean. I was in and out within few minutes. Agent was very helpful with providing directions.
All I can say is that Alex at this Avis center was terrific. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. I would definitely rent cars from here again on my next trip
