Great service and good cleaned !
Not sure how this location doesn't have a one star rating -- had another Avis location move me to pick up here as the other location was out of cars, showed up at 2:00 for my reservation and there was no one at the location, just a sign saying "back at 2:20". I get that lunch breaks are a thing, but if you're not open during your hours of operation it feels like false advertising. When they finally opened it, they had no cars.
Went to Avis to grab a car for a work trip and was met with excellent customer service from Shabd and his team. Will definitely use this AVIS again
Absolutely worst experience ever. Firstly they made us go to two different locations just to get the car. I was dropped off and had to uber TWO places because of their lack of care. Then they up charge us from 200 to 475 just because they only had SUV available. Mind you this reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. We ended up leaving a bag at this locations car drop off in the car. Called everyday for 3 days straight no answer. Called AVIS to report this and they said they’d call back in 24 hours. Never did.
