The online reservation did not allow me to reserve my car at the hotel I was staying. I had to book it at the sister hotel. It was very annoying and inconvenient so 0 stars for online booking and calling the Avis number for help, which was no help. However, at the Royal Pacific hotel in Orlando the Avis representative Kirsten was so helpful and did everything she could to help me pickup the car at Portofino Hotel.
