If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a reservation to pick up my rental car at 1:00 PM on Saturday and arrived a few minutes early. As we walked up, Gary (the owner) literally locked the door in our faces even though a customer was still inside. That customer later told us he did it intentionally so he wouldn’t have to help us. I had a reservation a month ago... when I arrived the lady simply said there was no car available.
I would give 0 starts if possible. We made and paid a reservation weeks in advance. But when we arrived to pick up the car, the front desk turned us away stating they didn't have any available. Do yourself a favor and rent from another agency.
The girl that works here, Avis and budget is the same place. She wanted to hang out with me in my rental, I told her I had things to do. ..... Never seen this typo customer service before (. please watch out' 5 months later they post a $430 payment to my bank account said I got a rental for 5 day At $88 per day , posted a Payment of over $800 to my bank. The girl knew what she had done.
