Alberto was amazing on checking us in, he made us less stressed out and more at ease. Give that man a raise!
Went to pick up a car we pre-booked and paid for. They didn’t have the vehicle or anything similar or bigger. Needed the car for a trip the next day. Unwilling to help find any solution and directed us to a customer service phone number. Would not trust this business if you have other options. Worst customer service I’ve probably ever dealt with and now we’re stuck in a bad position.
