Whoever manages this location needs to be fired. Checking for up coming reservations and ensuring that cars are available should be the minimum that they do, however when you reserve and pay for a vehicle days in advance you get there to nothing. No car, no customer service. And being a GM for 9 years i know what great customer service looks like and this location lacks the ability to provide any customer service at all. No call to say that theres no cars available, they will allow you to waste your time and show up for them... read more
This place is phenomenal. They care to help if you are doing the right thing. They are conscious about the business AND the customer . What a concept...OTHER Avis locations should be trained from THIS location.
