I am an Avis Presidents Club Member. Not only was I denied my complimentary two car upgrade but I was provided a vehicle with wear & tear and 70,000 miles. Not what I’m expecting from the Avis brand.
AVOID AVOID AVOID NIGHTMARE Three weeks in advance of my trip, I reserved a gasoline-powered full-sized car from Avis located at 2125 W Landstreet Rd, Orlando, FL 32809. I arrived around 8:30 for an 8 am reservation and the local Avis owner indicated that he did not have the car I had reserved, and no similar cars were available. I usually use the Maitland location but since I park my semi off obt more this will be my spot! Very friendly staff and down to earth. They didn’t have my vehicle so they upgraded me free of charge!
