Showed up for an Uber rental, but due to an unrelated issue, I wasn’t able to get the original vehicle. Luckily, Alberto was able to work his magic and get me into another car. I really appreciated his help!
Alberto was friendly and helpful!
Low selection of cars, missed the one I booked, but the staff went above and beyond to make it work for me.
Excellent service, went above and beyond for me to rent a car for work. Always professional when I come in.
They would say the car you reserved is not available we have something similar, then they give you the crappiest car ever!! Not the same passenger count, pet hair and ants all over, and mechanical issues on the highway like literally shaking while driving. We even had to stop and buy air refreshers because of the smell. I am 100% sure the beautiful car we reserved was not part of their inventory. The car caused a lifetime trauma to our family. I wish there was 0 starts.
