Wonderful experience at this location due to the incredible customer service at check-in, with security and Roman who went above and beyond. Definitely recommend renting here just due to the team! Note: The entrance is through a parking garage off 3rd.

I had nice pick-up experience here, the other reviews worried me but when i went there the ladies at the desk and the guy who brought the car to me was very nice and the process was very quick.

Staff was absolutely pleasant and helpful. They worked with me to get me what I wanted within my budget. Customer Representative at the counter made the transaction extremely seamless. She was kind and very cooperative. Roman did a great job at preparing the vehicle and offering relevant advice and guidance. Even the security personnel that inspected the vehicle did an excellent job, was kind and very welcoming. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars.
