I have high loyalty status and had a 9am reservation to drive to a business meeting. I was told they have zero cars available and had no sense of when additional cars would show up. The result was me needing to spend $400 in Ubers instead to make the meeting on time Absolutely ridiculous policy and process. I’ve never had this problem with another rental company

I’ve rented from this Avis location multiple times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and works quickly to get you on the road. Herbert, the manager, is top-notch and always goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth. I’ll gladly continue renting from this location and highly recommend it
I’ve rented from this location regularly over the past 3 years. It wasn’t the best previously, but over the last year it’s improved noticeably. Herbert and the rest of the team have really turned things around and made it a great experience!
