Garbage company. Made reservation online and arrived and was told they had no cars. Understandable on busy weekends but should update your site to reflect when sold out—like every other company does. Waste of time and money to arrive and be told this. Zero stars. Do not book Avis.

This AVIS location offers exceptional service and gracious flexibility! I was running late for my scheduled rental. The airport was closing soon. I was taking a P&B bus from Boston to pick up the car. SO, I took a shot and called the Office directly. The Owner could not have been more helpful. “Don’t worry”, she told me. I saved hours and expense because of her simple flexibility and I will always remember that gesture. Very much appreciated! This AVIS location truly understands meeting the needs of the Customer.

Just had a twilight zone experience with this Avis. They cancelled my reservation and didn’t give me a refund. What is even going on here? I will be filing a complaint with the relevant groups and authorities

0 stars if I could. I had booked a reservation online at 8 am for same day pick up at noon. I had to Uber from my location to this location and in mid transit, a rep calls me to tell me he doesn't have any cars available and that he didn't see my reservation because "he was doing something else"; no apology, no resolutions. He had literally half a business shift to see it. I get to the counter anyway to see if other agencies have cars available and this guy from Avis is just sitting there with his air pods on not doing anyth... read more
