This was hands down one of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had. Not only was I overcharged twice, but after returning the vehicle I was hit with an additional fee that was never disclosed, explained, or mentioned at any point during the rental process. The charge simply appeared on my account after the fact. When I contacted customer service for an explanation, I was told that they “don’t have time to explain every fee” to customers.
