Sagar and his staff go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy! We frequently rent cars for road trips, and they are always our first choice! We know we will be taken care of without the hassles we faced from other Rental Car agencies.
Provide cruise transportation
Horrible experience! Had a rental mini van for 6 people reserved for 8am. When we arrived they had NOTHING that fit us to give us. When a van came in that did fit us they gave it to someone else with a reservation AFTER us because they were there waiting a little before us. Told us it would be 2-4 hours for us to wait for a car. We had a flight to catch! We waited nearly 90 minutes before a car was returned we could use! Unbelievable. Never again!
