Michael and Kat were very helpful. They were kind and courteous. With a big crowd they managed well.
Michael was an amazing help. Michael helped us pick the right car for our family. We will come see him again when we come back. Ms. Kat next to him was very kind to a disgruntled customer. She showed compassion and understanding.
