Even though Uber messed everything up and I never got the chance to drive, my experience with your team was absolutely top-notch. Sam and Zach are completely incompetent and rude employees. They should both find another job, because customer service is not what they are good at. They have zero knowledge of how long it takes to charge electric vehicles and told me it's fine it is no different at all then a gas vehicle. I have owned a Tesla for many years and I clearly know the time it takes to charge these types of cars. I will never rent from this location. They were completely out of vehicles. New administration, great staff, super friendly customer service, way better than renting at the airport, good prices too… definitely recommended.
