The associate at the Shea location who was filling in at this location was unbelievable. My husband experienced discrimination by the female associate. He was treated with such disrespect and attitude that we will never rent from AVIS ever again. If there is name for this women it would be "Karen". I know people can have a bad day but to treat my husband the way she did is unacceptable and if I had an employee treat a customer the way she did I would fire her immediately. I am a frequent renter at another agency, but got a text from Uber about a hot deal with Avis. I bit on the deal and came right to this location. Upon arriving, I had a hard time finding the place, as it is a small storefront in a big strip mall. There were no signs indicating an area in the parking lot that was designated for Avis- and I thought that was strange.
