For what it’s worth, I’ve had great experience with this location. Yes, you sometime have to call the agent, but I’m aware of that and plan for it and have never waited more than 10-15 minutes. They also have limited hours, I’m aware of that. Cars have been clean and newer than large airport locations. I’m super glad this location exists.
No stars this company is useless customer service is HORRIBLE they sent us out in a car with 3 bad tires and we were traveling from New Jersey to Florida!!!!Worst company Ever especially the one that gave us the car in Jersey .
The worst car rental agency ever! The overcharged me for more than $500 for nothing! The worst ever customer experience, please don’t rent from them!
*twice* I've been to this location and had to wait like two hours for a car. An hour at the counter, then they send you to the garage and wait another hour for a car. They don't have cars on site and need to have a valet bring each one to the garage. Never again. Payless-Avis-Budget are the same outfit by the way.
Good luck getting anyone on the phone when you call this location and then the call gets forwarded to a foreign call center where you get caught up in a horrible automated system. I will never rent another car from Avis
