From ATL to Warner Robins. They gave me an EV ( Chevy Volt) at ATL even though I reserved a gas car. They did not disclose the inconveniences of having to wait 3 hours to charge it before returning it at Warner Robins. Additionally, Warner Robins upset me by initially stating that they don't accept EV returns, even though my reservation was to return at Warner Robins. I want to give a shout and recognition for Katherine, I hope that is her name, at the counter who helped me with my full size vehicle around 3pm on 3/13. She made my experience so welcoming and ensured I was happy with my experience. I hope by leveraging this review, it helps bring a spotlight to her value added to not only that location but for the Avis brand. I hope she gets recognition for her contributions!
