Worst customer service ever. Our family had an Avis car seat belt break so was told to exchange here. After showing them the replacement car the agent went on break and made them and their 3 small children wait for 20 minutes. There was another agent but he did not know how to do the exchange - but she still took a break!!!
Small office very helpful.

I just got off the phone with a rep. 10/7 10:11am. I’m still shaken about it. I wanted to ask a question about my family and I getting insurance to travel to Mexico since I saw online that we could do it. The representative started talking over me when I wasn’t done asking my questions. I felt she was having a bad day, I asked if I could speak to someone higher and yelled out “I AM HIGHER!!”. I had my Avis hire car, hire from San Diego, break down in the vacinity and the break down recovery was going to take to long so I left the car overnight intending to sort it the following moring. However the car was towed by Avis that evening without telling me. The following morning I went into office to see if they could help and Cyndie was amazing and very helpful.
