Cindy & Mark were outstanding. I had rented a car at the San Diego airport and a couple of days later one of the tires had very low air. Unfortunately, this was the morning that an 18-wheeler overturned on I5 south and over an hour later, I had only gone 10 miles. I have had a great experience at Avis here in Carlsbad, Ms Cindy has been a wonderful service, and being with avis has been a pleasure.
Cindy was fanastic! My contract from LAX was very screwed up and she managed to untangle it all. If all AVIS locations operated with people like Cindy, AVIS would dominate the market.
Julie and Gloria were immensely helpful throughout my rental experience. They stayed past closing time for my delayed flight, helped me adjust the rental over the phone, and were efficient and courteous in every interaction. Thank you!!
Great front desk service! Rented from this location yesterday and I can’t believe how well it went. Needed a car for a quick turnaround trip to my son’s college and Cindy came through! Will be back. Bonus point cuz dropping it off was so easy, left the car with the guys down the hill and they were on top of it. Didn’t even need to wait
