I made a reservation online through Expedia. I arrived at the time of pickup to the Avis counter at the Naples Airport to pickup my rental. Gave the woman my reservation number only to find out that there were no cars available. To which i replied "this is not fair, because I have a confirmation which means you should have confirmed there's a car available." Her reply to me was NOT at all professional. Excellent customer service. Car was clean and ready to go. Highly recommend.
Beware even if you pay for your reservation, it doesn’t mean they will save the car you requested available. They did that to me. When I had paid hotel non refundable somewhere else, tickets to a museum.
