I always rent from Avis at Naples Municipal Airport, and Jonathan always provides excellent service. Every time I pick up a car, the process is quick, easy, and professional. The vehicles are always clean and in great condition .This time, the Tesla Model 3 was perfect. Jonathan is friendly, efficient, and makes the whole rental experience smooth every time. Highly recommend Avis and especially appreciate Jonathan’s consistent great service!
Horrible service! Made us wait over 45 minutes while the staff did absolutely nothing to get our rental car ready because we arrived a little early. This is one of the worst experience you will ever have. The manager used racist remarks while joking with a person. At the end John refused to say please to my wife when asking for payment. "I need a credit card" is how he spoke to my wife. The manager was rude, argumentative, and constantly interrupted me when I was speaking.
We always rent from Avid and cars always great.
They weren't ready with my reservation I made 2 weeks earlier. They hired a sloth to enter info into computer. 20 minutes to enter name and address info. Ended up with a compact instead of full size car and charged me for full size. When I returned my vehicle they required mileage on an unlimited mileage rental. I explained I have a breathing problem and had to park the car in the back of the lot. Sorry we have to have it. Really. Also other rental companies don't have a $200 deposit. Terrible experience at this location. I would never rent with them again. First SUV we picked up and within an hour my son saw a cockroach in the back seat. We killed it and went back to the rental car location to change out the car since we were headed on a long road trip and felt the car was very dirty! Midway on our trip with the new SUV we started to notice little flies around. We thought they got in from outside.
