We had to exchange our car because our experience in the Miami airport was terrible. We had a great experience with the service here in Pompano Beach, where they helped us and were so nice, which is honestly a treat given car how car rentals work.

Easy check-out and check-in. VW handled well. Windshield wash was empty. Windows and interior needed cleaning.

The most unprofessional budget car rental location. This lady Was taking on the phone joking around with her friends , hanging outside in her car listening to music . Meanwhile customers are in the office waiting for service and also she had a nasty attitude and is very rude. She was not helpful at all , made us do more then one reservation and still turned away because she said chime credit wasn’t accepted but it is accepted in all locations.
