Mason was great and helped us renting a truck. First time renting and he explained everything to us
The guy answered the phone 12/15 at 12:30- and hung up. Unprofessional and I was unable To book a reservation at two Avis, (this was my second attempt) and they hung up on me. Their employees either dont value their job or lack basic respect. It’s insane! Enterprise here I come! 😍
Showed up here with a confirmed reservation. Sorry, we dont have any cars for you! What a waste of time.
