I would have put 0 if I had the option. Worst service ever. There are so many people waiting for long time like an hour or so and the paperwork for each customer for checkin and checkout is like forever. Too much slow in processing at the counter. Also, they have budget rental at the same counter and both are handled by the same single agent which is ridiculous as it only increases the wait of every customer. Opened up late as I Showed up at my pick up time, no cars available… no one cared or helped. I had to call Avis customer service myself to get sent to another location and be charged MORE for the reservation I booked a week prior. Absolute worst customer service experience ever

Amazing experience! Macy Steptoe was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make certain my family and I were able to get a car when the airlines stranded us in Charlotte. Her commitment to customer service is rarely seen today and made all the difference - she is truly an asset to Avis!
