Ordered a car, they didn’t have it on site, but Mason and Russel got me in an alternative car until the right one was on the lot. Great service, communication, and follow through.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Reserved an SUV. Get here. Took 20 minutes to be told none are available. Almost 40 minutes late getting a CAR when I paid for an SUV. Absolutely awful and will NEVER give a dollar to Avis again. Not to mention when a van was offered to me I said this is unacceptable and the manager walked away and said “call customer service”.
If zero stars were available, they would get zero stars!! Confirmed my reservation via email the previous night. We were late getting there by an hour and 15 mins due to a delay at the airport. Showed up and they gave my car away!! BUT had a 15 passenger van for $45 more a day they wanted to rent me. What?? They're crazy! I went to pick my car rental up today for a one-way rental and I just had a feeling that it wasn’t gonna be a great experience. However, Macy was amazing at the counter. Even though my car was not there because I was early to pick it up, she worked magic to get me straight. We all know how frustrating it can be when trying to rent a car, especially if it’s not at the airport.
