Great experience with Avis / Budget! My customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean and ready on time. I really appreciated how smooth everything went.
Convenient and helpful! Everything was easy, even though I was getting a last-minute reservation right before Easter weekend. The car was clean and in excellent condition. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and efficient, and it was easy to lengthen my reservation using the automated phone service.
