Absolute worst person ever. Ms.Jordan was the desk clerk. Very unprofessional and just not a customer service person. You know when you go somewhere and people act dirty. Just a grimey person. just from the start. Please do your customers a favor and replace this woman. Really bad representation of a quality company.
Highly recommend Avis in Centerville, Ohio. They were fast, efficient, great customer service, really great clean vehicles.
