I frequently rent cars to travel out of town. I mainly use Avis or Enterprise in Murrieta. I typically prefer Avis because it is within walking distance of my home and it makes drop off easier. But they have the smallest inventory of cars. On more than one occasion I’ve had to wait for an extended period for a car, with my current rental I’m currently over a 2 hour wait. Car not kept up. Had to go 2x to get rental straightened out!!
A nightmare!!!! If I could give -0 I would. I can honestly see why this location has 3 stars. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Rented a car, tire light came on, thought I needed air, but no! The tire was actually about to blow. The guy at Avis saw that the tire pressure light was on and ignored it, "stating I'm going to upgrade you, take this car" (which he just arrived in the car).
