Terrible! Went to pick up my rental and they said it wasn't clean! Nothing on the lot was clean. Tried to give me a car with dog hairs and fake eyelashes stuck on the dash board! What's the point of having a reservation if no cars will be cleaned at the time of pickup? They set me hours back to leave town for my road trip! This place is a joke! Poor communication and customer service! Never again!
Joe and the others are awesome! I wish more car rental location would take care of their customers the same. I consistently rent from this location, and even when there are issues, they make them right. Would recommend my family and friends to this location.
I’d give zero stars if I could. Terrible business. Made a reservation a week in advance and said pick up was at 12pm. Come to find out it closes at that time get there 20 early and they have ZERO cars. What is the point of making a reservation just to turn us away and say there’s no cars. When I called another agency I got their customer service and they were extremely rude. Will never use the business again.
