This is the 2nd time I made a reservation, showed up, and there were no available vehicles. I don’t understand what’s the point of making a reservation when nothing is reserved. On top of that if you pre-paid they can’t cancel for you, you have to call customer service to request the refund.

Manager Ashley is amazing! Another rep I can't remember her name but she was amazing! Service was excellent. A few employees had attitudes and not very welcoming. But I will say the manager herself makes you feel comfortable and accommodated! They work to get you in a vehicle or find you one. Process is fast and easy!

Would love to give 0 star. Poor service. Had to wait almost an hour for a reserved car. Then it had a tire with slow leak. Had to come back 2 days later and you guessed it, wait another hour for a car to be ready. Needed to extend rental by one day. The counter agent lied about extra fees (saying there was only daily fee). Then they told me to bring the car back at 7/8 full and charged me to top off the tank when I did. AWFUL service. This should be the last place you consider for a car rental. We made an online reservation, and upon arrival were asked to wait. After nearly 30 minutes, I asked for an update and was told there were no cars available and that they were hoping to get one within the next half hour. We were told we could either wait or leave and they would call us. We stepped out to run a few errands and returned about 40 minutes later—still no car. I'm very disappointed with this company. I had a confirmation and reservation for a rental car on Saturday at 9:15AM, and when I went over there, the front desk lady was very mean and sarcastic, and told me "they didn't have any cars available", and asked when I could get help, she said "Can't you see how busy we are?". She had no training in customer service it seems, and I will not be returning to this place ever again. She treated everyone disrespectfully.
