nfortunately, my experience at this Avis location was not pleasant. The representative named MJ was unhelpful and treated me with unnecessary rudeness. I expected professionalism and courtesy when renting a vehicle, but that was clearly not a priority here. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated better.
This location is the absolute worst! I will still use the rental company but I will avoid this branch at all cost.
Understaffed and a wait even with reservations. Staff borderline rude. Just not a great experience
Had the pleasure of working with Marion while she was filling in at the Memorial City location. Her customer service was A+. She went above and beyond to help me and made sure I didn’t miss my trip. Truly outstanding support. I’ll be going to the Cinco location from now on just for her exceptional service.
