I have rented from this location often. Most of the time my experience has been well. This most recent time was not a good experience. I told them I would very likely keep the car an extra day when I picked the vehicle up. The lady at the counter did not tell me I need to call Avis's main line to extend the vehicle. I have done this multiple times when I was worried I might not make it back in time to return the vehicle, and I did not get any fees when I kept the vehicle. nfortunately, my experience at this Avis location was not pleasant. The representative named MJ was unhelpful and treated me with unnecessary rudeness. I expected professionalism and courtesy when renting a vehicle, but that was clearly not a priority here. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated better.
