I’m an Avis President’s Club member, and this Katy (Kroger Shopping Center) location is by far one of the best I’ve ever rented from. I originally had a reservation at another location that ran out of cars and transferred me here—so glad they did. The staff were friendly, attentive, and proactive. There was a brief car shortage when I arrived (not the team’s fault), and they still had a car for me within five minutes. Even though I have a closer Avis, this location is worth the drive.
