Got there after my car was reserved and website any major credit card was accepted. They lie! I tried to pay with my credit one credit card and they said they don't accept the credit one visa cards. They said if it was any other credit one card then they would. Such bullshit! 😡😡😡 That's OK because I went with my usual rental and they found what I needed and even upgraded me for free. 😁

This is a fantastic Avis neighborhood rental location. It's really convenient, very clean and doesn't have airport surcharges or airport hassles so the price is always the best, and so easy for pickup and drop off. Our family rents from this location several times a year and Richard (the manager) always goes out of his way to meet our special requests. Because we prefer to drive cars with better gas mileage, he secures a sedan for us (which is not easy) and has probably saved us hundreds of dollars in fuel costs over the yea... read more

Richard the Manager is the Best! Very nice, professional, helpful. Knows the true meaning of customer service. Reminds me of years ago when I worked for Avis. I wish more people were like him. I hope you pay him well.
