After a long day of traveling and dealing with flight layovers my husband and I arrived at the airport only to be sold out of rental cars! Called around and no one had cars. At this point I just wanted to go and lay down. We arrived at the hotel and realized there was an Avis on site so we tried our luck. They didn’t have anything either and were waiting on cars to return TERRANCE went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of ! I’d would completely recommend !
I just had a rental car reservation with Enterprise went to pick it up and the young man told me so sorry you were 30 min late so we gave away your car. I was at a loss came back to the hotel to figure this out. Terrance from Avis for the WIN!!!! He was amazing , found me a car for me all set and his customer service could NOT be better . Thank you thank you !!!
