Horrible customer service. As mentioned by others here, I experienced egregious overcharging amounting to more than $700 in unexplained add-on charges after returning the vehicle. Would not recommend or ever use again.
Outstanding service. This is a independently run location with an amazing operator. I was treated very well, they reserved my vehicle and even contacted me when I was running an hour late. Highly recommend using this location. It is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel lobby
I constantly rent from this location due to frequent traveling to neighboring cities with my job and every single time my service is nothing short of AMAZING! Terrance runs the location solo and is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly! I refuse to go anywhere else because of the top tier service I receive! 10/10 I definitely recommend!
