Terrance was a blessing to my business. We needed a cargo van at the last minute. He worked to get us a van within 1 hour. Superb service. Thank you.
Terrance took good care of a minor issue I was having Would rent here again
Called trying to see if I can swap out our rental that had a bad smoke smell. Talked to Victor and he was extremely rude saying I don't even have cars for my customers and you keep calling canceling my reservations. Let Victor know a little customer service goes along long way.... he said yeah I know. Horrible customer service. Will try a different location.
Terrance is wonderful. He fixed our problem with a joyful and irreverent attitude.
Terrance went above and beyond to help me with my reservations. Made my experience smooth and easy.
