Great place to rent a vehicle
Car had a few little garbage, gas was not a full tank. Took pic of gas range + location+ time, called to let them know will be returning car as is, not a full tank, so agency won't charge me their gas fees. Nope, still got charged, called car rental, stated a refund will be issued. Nope

Awful experience with Avis I booked a car days in advance and kept receiving confirmations. On pickup day, they confirmed by phone that my car was ready for 4 PM. But when I arrived, the owner, Victor, — clearly irritated — said there were no cars and he had canceled 15 reservations that day. He knew all day my car wouldn’t be available but waited until I showed up to tell me. I didn’t get a cancellation email until after 5 PM. No help from customer service either.
