Tried to pick up a reserved car that already had my full info including CC in the system as I'm an awards member. They had some problem running my card and claimed my card wasn't valid. I stepped right outside and used the card on the vending machine and it worked fine. They said I HAD to use a different card, which I didn't have. Mitchell was very rude and gave me a very hard time due to one small piece of paper, she made be take all my 3 bags back to the car so i could clean it up. Very bad attitude.
