I am extremely grateful to the manager Kathy and her entire team. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my rentals. I've been renting cars at the Largo location for almost three years and they have always been very helpful. The customer service is extraordinary. They have been instrumental in making each transaction and interaction seamless.

Never rent a car from this place. I rented a car for four days During one of those days, the car broke down and I needed Roadside Assistance I was charged for the full amount of the Roadside Assistance, even though it was their car which I paid a considerable amount of money for which was broken leaving me stranded for multiple hours
Our first time using this Avis to pick up a rental. The experience we had with Kathy was above and beyond! She was very helpful and did everything she could do to get us a vehicle for my husband to drive Uber. She was very knowledgeable and courtesy. While we was waiting to get the car their was 3 different customers that came in to get a vehicle and was told they didn’t have any at this time. Absolutely horrendous experience. Horrible customer service. Zero/5. You can’t call and talk to the locations to verify THEY ACTUALLY have cars before going there, you get patched in with someone that barely speaks any English, they refuse to let you talk to the branch. Absolute worst customer service in the world, they can’t tell you which cars they have available but “they promise” they have some. They say we know they have cars but we don’t know which ones and for how long you can rent it. My head is spinning in frustrati... read more
