This place is a big waist of time. Second time that I reserved a car with this location well in advance, received a confirmation and they had no cars available for me at pick up. Never dealt with less reliable rental agency in 25 years. Stay away from this one. They deserve negative stars not 1.
The best costume service I ever had honestly, feel very blessed and grateful. I was desperate since last Friday trying to get a rental and Kathy was the best helping me to get a car the same day I called the store. I was surprised how she is able to keep up with all the intense hard work that is to be an attendant at the front desk. My honest gratitude felling is real, whatever she’s making, she deserves a raise!

This was the worst rental service that I've ever received in my life. The car was filthy inside and out when I received it. The car is an EV, that was barely charged enough to make it to the nearest charging station and there is no chargers in site. The employee forced me to take the extra coverage that I didn't want. I brought the car back as unclean as I got it and the employees yelled at me and charged me outrageous fees for the car being unclean.
