Do not rent from here! You’ve been warned! The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had from a rental car company. Samantha who is supposed to be the owner is beyond rude and unprofessional like no other. I was paying almost $400/week for a car the didn’t run properly and when I tried to get switched out to another car she became snappy and nasty and proceeded to tell me she’s running a business no matter what’s going on with the car. Which made no sense. I won’t be renting there again.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not rent from them. If you get into an accident that isn’t your fault and you had paid for the insurance they will still charge you. I’ve had over a thousand dollars taken out of my account for a car that’s been wrecked three weeks ago. They knew it got towed and where it was the day of but still decided to charge me. So not only am I dealing with a fracture in my back but I’m dealing with this loss of money.

I was lucky enough to see your customer service person, Katrina, again when I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle. As always, she was multi-tasking, taking care of me and answering the phone, all with a friendly smile on her face. She let me know that the van that I reserved did not arrive but offered a Jeep Wagoneer or a Toyota Highlander as a replacement.
